We offer two warranty options depending on how much coverage and long-term convenience you prefer. The key difference comes down to whether maintenance is included or purchased separately. Both options begin on the day of installation and are designed to protect your investment.
Price: $3,286
The 10-10-10 Warranty offers the most comprehensive protection available and is designed for homeowners who want everything bundled into one long-term solution. Here’s what’s included:
This option eliminates the need to purchase or track separate maintenance plans. Bi-annual maintenance check-ups are included for the full warranty term, ensuring the system is properly serviced before extreme summer heat and harsh winter conditions.
Labor and refrigerant costs are fully covered for eligible repairs or maintenance visits, helping protect against rising service costs over time. Coverage begins immediately upon installation, providing peace of mind from day one.
Maintenance is already included in the price of the 10-10-10 Warranty. Bi-annual maintenance visits (two per year) are provided for the full 10 years. Because these visits are built in, the manufacturer’s maintenance requirements are automatically met.
This removes the risk of missing a maintenance visit or accidentally voiding coverage due to lack of documentation.
A standard diagnostic or trip charge applies unless you are enrolled in a Wright Services Maintenance Agreement.

The 10-Year Labor Warranty covers labor and refrigerant costs for covered repairs, but does not include maintenance. This option works best for homeowners who prefer to manage and pay for maintenance separately.
If a part needs to be replaced and it is no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty, part replacement costs may apply.
Even though maintenance is not included, maintenance is still required to keep this warranty active. The HVAC system must be serviced according to the manufacturer’s guidelines, and proof of maintenance may be requested if a claim is filed.
Purchasing an Annual Wright Service Plan each year satisfies this requirement. Each plan includes two professional maintenance visits per year to ensure the system is cleaned, inspected, and operating efficiently.
Failure to maintain the system as required may result in the denial of warranty coverage.
Diagnostic or trip charges apply unless you are enrolled in a Wright Services Maintenance Agreement, which waives this fee.
The Wright Service Plan is available to support ongoing system performance and simplify service needs, whether used to maintain warranty eligibility or as a standalone convenience option.
