Born and raised on the west side of San Antonio, not far from SeaWorld, Tony Aguilar always knew he wanted to work with his hands. Growing up watching Handy Manny and Bob the Builder sparked an early curiosity for how things worked — and how to fix them.
While he originally considered plumbing, a full class led him toward HVAC school instead. That twist of fate turned out to be one of the best decisions he ever made, setting him on a path that led to Wright Home Services, where he can combine technical skill with his love of helping people.

As an AC service technician at Wright, Tony thrives on the variety each day brings.
From troubleshooting complex systems to having meaningful conversations with homeowners, he approaches every appointment as an opportunity to learn and connect.
He loves that being a mobile technician allows him to see every corner of San Antonio and meet people from all walks of life — a daily reminder of the city’s diversity and character.
To Tony, excellent customer service is about putting others before yourself. It’s not just about solving a problem. It’s about leaving a positive impression and providing an experience that customers remember.
His goal on every call is simple — help people feel comfortable in their homes and confident in the service they receive.
Tony wishes more homeowners understood the importance of preventative maintenance for their HVAC systems. Much like servicing a car or scheduling a regular checkup with the doctor, heating and cooling systems need consistent care to stay in top shape. Problems aren’t always visible right away, and routine maintenance helps catch hidden issues early — keeping equipment efficient and reliable for years to come.
Family is Tony’s biggest motivation — it’s what drives him to keep improving, learning and giving his best every day. When not at work, he and his wife enjoy spending time together, whether that means heading to a movie, relaxing at home or going to church.
Over the past year, Tony has also discovered a passion for endurance training. He currently runs half-marathons and one day hopes to take on a full Ironman. He enjoys the discipline and mental focus the sport requires, and how those lessons carry into every other part of life.
